I just received the booking link and our team can start booking their room reservations. Here are a few instructions:

Booking a reservation is easy…
1. Simply click on the HiltonLink: http://doubletree.hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/Y/YYJDSDT-SIL-20160528/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG
2. Click on “Book a Room”
3. Enter their arrival and departure dates
4. Then follow the page by page instructions from there

If, for some reason, they don’t have access to the link, they can always go to our website: DoubleTree by Hilton™ Hotel & Suites Victoria
1. Enter their arrival and departure dates
2. Click on “Add special rate codes”
3. Enter Group Code: SIL
4. Click on “Check Rooms & Rates”

We only have until May 10th to book the rooms so please do so asap.
